It is the client's responsibility to raise the concern with our Nutrition expert immediately if he/she comes across any food allergies or any health-related concerns while following the diet.
Dietitian Silky Mahajan or her team never give any *guarantee* to achieve the targets in any form, however, based on our experience, expertise and your level of commitment, you can meet realistic goals (e.g., 2-3 kg weight loss per month).
We don't encourage our clients to take breaks (except emergencies) while following the diet because discipline is the key here. No extensions are allowed if the client fails to follow the diet chart due to any reason. If the client doesn’t follow the diet due to any reason or doesn’t take consultation on time within the enrollment window, the plan will get lapsed, automatically.
Though all follow-up appointments are scheduled well on time, however, if follow-up is due and the client is unable to connect with the Nutrition expert (for say, the client didn’t answer the phone/was not reachable/missed the appointment), it is the client’s responsibility to call our support team to schedule next appointment.
Refund Policy - Due to the nature of the services involved, we don't have a refund policy. Once you enroll for a program, no refund is provided under any circumstances.
